As the newest member of the STC team, Michele Baird brings her extensive marketing background to an industry she has come to greatly admire. With almost twenty years of experience guiding businesses in identifying a clear marketing message, Michele works to provide initial interaction with potential clients and new projects to tell the STC story. She helps to determine client needs and project goals in a way that can be translated into a design scope of services. Her work includes interface with the rest of the design team to make sure that client needs are met as project designs are implemented.

A unique combination, Michele is both highly results oriented and a strong people person. She enjoys connecting with clients and can often be found at a local Starbucks thinking through her next idea. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from San Diego State University and looks forward to meeting you at the earliest opportunity.
